Pet Food Ingredient Packaging J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills also understands that it's often cheaper to store pet food and pet ingredients in bags than to transport them as loose, bulk products. Fairview Mills is a J-Six Enterprises company. This means that we can transload your bulk pet food ingredients and bag them as per your instructions. It is much easier to transport your products from raw product to ready to use pet food. For example, send us whole corn. Our team will load it, mill it, then package it according to your specifications. The raw corn can now be used for the next step of the pet food processing process.

THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

You want to ensure that your pet food ingredients are packaged in bags or totes. To ensure that your pet food ingredients are properly packaged, we run each product through our analytics laboratory to check for moisture, nutrients, and other metrics. Next, we vigorously sift your ingredients to get rid of as much dust and chaff. This process will improve the quality of pet food ingredients and ensure that your fifty-pound bag is completely filled with your product, not with chaff or dust. Being able to trust that the fifty-pound bag containing corn gluten is full of corn gluten will allow you to better track your inventory.

Clients looking for manageable, stackable bags of fifty pounds that can be handled individually or as a group are well-served by 50 pound bags. These bags come in a range of different construction materials and sealing methods. Multiwall paper bags, which can be sewn or pinched to seal them, are an eco-friendly choice. There are many options for polyethylene bags, including polypropylene bags. They can be heat sealed or sewn sealed. 1000 Pound Tote – Poly Lined

It is helpful to have totes that can easily hold large quantities of pet food and ingredients. The 11,000 pound totes can be used for bulk storage and transportation of pet food ingredients.
