    Pet food Milling J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills understands that it is often less expensive to store and transport pet food or pet food ingredients in bags as opposed to loose, bulk products. Fairview Mills can transload and bag your loose bulk pet food ingredients. It's much easier to move your products from raw material to ready-to-use pet foods. For example, send us whole corn. We will unload it and mill it. Then, we'll package it in the way you want. Now your raw corn is ready for the next stage in the pet food industry.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

You want to ensure that your pet food ingredients are packaged in bags or totes. Each pet food ingredient is tested for moisture, nutrient loss, and other metrics in our analytical lab. Next, we vigorously sift your ingredients to get rid of as much dust and chaff. This helps improve the quality your pet food ingredients. Additionally, it ensures that a fifty-pound bag of pet food is full of your product and not with chaff. If you are able to trust that a bag of fifty pounds of corn flour is actually fifty, you will be able track inventory more accurately.

50 Pound Bag - Perfect For Pallets

Clients seeking manageable and stackable bags up to fifty pounds are well served by fifty pound bags. These bags can be used in individual or palletized stacks. These bags can be made from different materials and seals. Multi-wall paper bags, which are eco-friendly alternatives to plastic bags, are usually sealed by sewing or pinching. You can choose from a variety of polyethylene bags or polypropylene bag styles, which can either be heat-sealed or sewn. These 50 pound bags can be used as ingredient packaging and not final product packaging. For pet food ingredient packaging, it is convenient for storage and transport.

1000 Pound Tote – Poly Lined

Totes that can carry large quantities of pet foods and pet ingredients with ease are a great option. These totes can hold up to 1,000 lbs of bulk pet food ingredients and are great for transporting them. These totes have a poly-lined interior for strength and durability. The exterior fabric's weave will not allow for even the smallest of pet food ingredients to be lost due to the poly lining.
