    Latest Pet Food Milling News

    Pet Food Blending J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills knows that pet food and ingredients are often cheaper to transport in bags than loose products. Fairview Mills can transload and bag your loose bulk pet food ingredients. This makes it easier to move your products across the product line, from raw product to ready for use. For example, send us whole corn. We will unload it and mill it. Then, we'll package it in the way you want. The next step in pet food processing is now that your raw corn has been processed.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

It is important to verify that the packaging of your pet food ingredients in bags, trays and other containers is accurate and quality-controlled. Our pet food ingredient packaging system includes running every pet food product through our lab to determine its moisture level, nutrient break down, and other metrics. To remove as much dust and chaff from your ingredients as possible, we then vigorously sift them. This sifting helps to improve the quality and safety of your pet food ingredients. It also ensures that every fifty-pound bag contains your product. Being able to trust that the fifty-pound bag containing corn gluten is full of corn gluten will allow you to better track your inventory.
