    Pet Food Extrusion J-Six Enterprises

Fairview Mills is also aware that it is more economical to transport and store pet food in bags rather than bulk products. Fairview Mills is one the many J-Six Enterprises divisions. We have the infrastructure to handle your bulk, loose pet food ingredients, and then bag them to your specifications. It's much easier to move your products from raw material to ready-to-use pet foods. For example, send us whole corn. We will unload it and mill it. Then, we'll package it in the way you want. Your raw corn will now be ready for the next phase in the petfood processing industry.

    THE FAIRVIEW MILLS TREATMENT

It is important to verify that the packaging of your pet food ingredients in bags, trays and other containers is accurate and quality-controlled. To ensure that your pet food ingredients are properly packaged, we run each product through our analytics laboratory to check for moisture, nutrients, and other metrics. After that, we vigorously sift the ingredients, to eliminate as much chaff or dust as possible. This process will improve the quality of pet food ingredients and ensure that your fifty-pound bag is completely filled with your product, not with chaff or dust. It will make it easier to track inventory accurately when you know that a 50-pound bag of corn Gluten is actually fifty pounds.
