Krug Park.
Krug Park is located in Saint Joseph at the northernmost end of Parkway St. Joseph. The park is known for its extensive landscaping, flowerbeds and structures that are inspired by the Italian Renaissance. The park is a popular spot for both residents and visitors to the city. This park has many attractions, including a nature trail, playground, and café.
The Krug family donated 140 acres to the park and gave it its current size and shape in 1936. Over the years, several improvements have been made to the park, including a castle play area and a wading pool. The park also houses one of Northwest Missouri's largest outdoor light displays.
