After earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, I worked in various healthcare settings, from bustling hospitals to specialized rehabilitation centers, helping countless individuals regain their strength, mobility, and confidence after injury or surgery. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how the body works and what it needs to heal and thrive. I founded Mind & Muscle Clinic to create a space where people can find comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to their unique needs.
